Berlin Startup Magazine
Anja talked about the difficulties that founding a company entails. The complications that arise when founding a software start-up are manifold. However, according to Anja, what is important is that a good team structure is created and that innovation and agility are never neglected.
Important discussions also revolved around how a startup needs flexibility, especially at the beginning. Flexibility in terms of work location, because Industrial Analytics was still working in co-working spaces for the first three years and only then moved into its own office.
Berlin Startups had the right questions ready and didn't skip the "mom test" on how to explain the work of your own startup to your own mother or in this case grandmother:
“How would you explain industrial analytics to your grandmother?
That's a good question and actually gets to the point. I would say we are like doctors for machines and systems. Our AI makes the diagnosis and we prescribe the right treatment or medication to run the facility more efficiently overall and prevent unpredictable damage from occurring.”
