Expectations and Tasks

To support our team and the management, we are looking for a team assistant with commercial
experience with immediate effect. We offer a part-time employment contract (20h-30h/week).


YOUR specific tasks include

 Office Management

  • Independent and reliable completion of organisational tasks.
  • E-mail and telephone correspondence.
  • Order management.

 Administrative Assistance

  • Preparatory accounting.
  • Reporting & Controlling.
  • Presentation preparation.


YOUR Skills and Competencies


  • Self-reliant and high level of initiative.
  • Enjoys teamwork.
  • Positive charisma and high social competence.
  • Service-oriented way of working.


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience.
  • German at native speaker level, English (C1).
  • Very confident with MS Office.
