Expectations and Tasks
To support our team and the management, we are looking for a team assistant with commercial
experience with immediate effect. We offer a part-time employment contract (20h-30h/week).
YOUR specific tasks include
Office Management
- Independent and reliable completion of organisational tasks.
- E-mail and telephone correspondence.
- Order management.
Administrative Assistance
- Preparatory accounting.
- Reporting & Controlling.
- Presentation preparation.
YOUR Skills and Competencies
Personality
- Self-reliant and high level of initiative.
- Enjoys teamwork.
- Positive charisma and high social competence.
- Service-oriented way of working.
Expertise
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience.
- German at native speaker level, English (C1).
- Very confident with MS Office.
